“I’ve been at Jenny’s Well since it opened in 2017. I was able to design the kitchen in exactly the way I wanted it which has made it a great kitchen!
"I really enjoy the challenge of making food that the residents will really like. A good day for me is when people ask for more.
"It’s a great team at Jenny’s Well and a lot of us in the kitchen have been here since it opened. I was so proud when we were awarded the ‘Eat Safe’ award, which means we have achieved an excellent standard in food training and preparation.
"When I’m not at work I love walking. I love my holidays away. My favourite places to visit are Sorrento and Loch Fyne.”
