“I’ve been at Jenny’s Well for over a year. Before that I worked as a carer in the community.
"I like that it’s different every day, my job is very varied. My goal is to really help to maintain residents' own skills. It’s good to enable residents to do things for themselves when they can. We are focused on ensuring residents don’t lose too much independence and self confidence.
"We have lovely gardens and outdoor space here, and it’s a good day for me when we’ve had some great activities and the residents have been out and enjoyed the garden.
"When I’m not at work I like to spend time with my family and play some computer games when I get time.”
