Steven Williams, one of our Independent Living Workers, is taking on the full Kiltwalk series this year to raise awareness for Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans.

"I'm doing this because the organisations mean so much to me, from my past and for support."

- Steven Williams

Here Steven is walking the Aberdeen Kiltwalk - rain, thunder and all! - with some facts about our sister charities.

As a veteran and having faced sight loss himself after a service-related injury, Steven knows just how important the support that Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans provides is to those going through a similar journey.

Now he’s gearing up for the final two Kiltwalks in Dundee and Edinburgh

Fancy joining him? As well as the Kiltwalk, we have a whole host of other challenge events you can sign up to. Each one is a brilliant way to make a difference for people with sight loss across Scotland.
