Colleague Diversity and Inclusion Forum

All colleagues at Sight Scotland and Sight Scotland Veterans are invited to get involved in our Colleague Diversity and Inclusion Forum.

The Forum meets regularly, giving colleagues an opportunity to have their say, contribute ideas, and suggest future discussion topics on areas we can explore or improve. 

These discussions help us ensure that our policies, procedures and practices fully support our commitment to creating an equal and diverse workplace for colleagues.
