Elaine has built her career within the charity sector, progressing from frontline roles into senior leadership. She previously served as Director of Operations at the Scottish SPCA, where she led a broad portfolio of national services and multidisciplinary teams, with responsibility for operational performance and service delivery. She is currently Interim Director of Veterinary Services at PDSA, supporting the delivery of care across a UK-wide network of hospitals.
Her experience includes governance, risk oversight and leading service redesign to support sustainable, high quality service delivery. Elaine is particularly focused on building resilient, well-run organisations that deliver consistency for people and communities they serve
